26th Congress, 1st Session. Report from The Secretary of War. Senate Resolution 1840 Senate Report. Permitting Army Officers to Retire on Half Pay.  3 1/2 pages.  G-VG condition.  Some creases, wrinkles at left side where this was disbound.
I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we must use. Shipping is .25 in the U.S.
