    Vintage Democrat Rapp Congress Bumper Sticker. This was a campaign sticker for Stephen J Rapp of Iowa during one of his two failed attempts to get elected to Congress.
    Rapp later became the United States Ambassador-at-Large for War Crimes Issues in the Office of Global Criminal Justice during the Obama administration.
    Nice little piece of Iowa political history.
