This item is a lot of Union City memorabilia related items, including a U.S. Representative John Tanner autographed 8 x 10 color photo.  It is inscribed to Charles Whitby who operated a custom frame shop in Union City, Tennessee near the Court House.  It is dated "June 1989" and written in gold paint pen.  Also included are a few stationery envelopes and business cards from Whitby's Custom Framing.  Thanks for looking!
