Vintage Hubbell Lighting Heavy Red Glass Industrial Light. I don't know if it works because I didn't put a plug on the wiring but I assume it does. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it at all. Max 150v light bulb max. Hubbell VFB-15. Height is 9 inches. the base diameter without the tabs is 4". Beautiful!
