Vintage silverplate serving tray has wood veneer center with "House of Representatives, United States of America". 12-1/4" diameter. This is a used piece and shows significant signs of wear. Heavy tarnishing and multiple pit marks on silverplate throughout, and visible scuff/scratch on both top and bottom sides. This piece will need a thorough cleaning.
